Villa Tuzlabeli is a Spacious 5 bedroom detached Villa with a private pool in a peaceful, picturesque area with mountain views. Less than 10 minutes walk from the traditional village of Uzumlu. Ideal for large families or groups.
On opening the front door or entering through the doors that lead from the pool terrace you walk into the spacious open plan lounge that has doors leading into the dining room that seats 10. An arch way takes you through to the separate kitchen with its own balcony, one of the double bedrooms and the main bathroom which has a corner Jacuzzi bath (with side seat and shower) as well as a shower cubical.
Going upstairs you will find 4 large bedrooms, the en-suite master bedroom, family bedroom that can sleep 3+ and the 2 twin rooms, a family shower room and the other open plan seating area. All but one of the rooms upstairs has access to balconies
The pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers parasols etc Wrought iron steps lead down to a lower patio area complete with built in BBQ, and the gardens.
There is a further patio area on the other side of the house. Please note that to make your holiday as safe as possible a gated wrought iron railing has been put in place around the covered section of the terrace. Local Area Details
Just a short walk from the villa is the traditional village of Uzumlu where you can buy local produce. There is also a post office, restaurants, wine bar, and a local market on Fridays.

The village of Uzumlu is one of spectacular natural beauty, set in a valley surrounded by dense pine forests rugged hillsides and fields of cotton, sesame, aniseed, wheat, barley and a variety of vegetables as well as apples, grapes, almonds, pears, figs and olives . At the start of the season the poppies and other wild flowers fill the meadows with an abundance of colour. It is 500m above sea level which means the cooling mountain breezes are perfect for when the local temperatures soar in the summer months. The area is steeped in history and is ideal as a base to explore the countryside including the hilltop Roman city of Cadianda approx 20mins away.
If you prefer more choice then Fethiye is just twenty minutes drive away. Here you will find bustling shops a harbour museum and the large Tuesday market.
The nearest beach to Uzumlu is at Calis It is a quiet yet busy holiday resort with a seemingly endless beach the shoreline is 6km long and is a significant nesting place for turtles A good selection of bars and restaurants line the promenade Water taxis run regularly between Calis and Fethiye Harbour.
Slightly further away are the ancient ruins and unspoilt 20km beach of Patara and also Salikent Gorge famous for Rafting.
