Kenilworth Guest House is a 4 star grand Victorian Guest House built in 1896 and is centrally located in the Lake District town of Windermere. Many pweriod features have been retained, but under our ownership the house has been fully refurbished and redecorated to offer warm and welcoming bed and breakfast accommodation.

All of the rooms are fully centrally-heated and double-glazed and all of bedrooms are en-suite. The bedrooms benefit from the usual facilities - a flat screen digital colour tv, fluffy towels, refreshmant tray, hairdryer, alarm clock and wineglasses. In addition the single bedroom has its own DVD player.

Unusually we have retained our spacious ground floor guests' lounge with maps anf guides to the area, colour tv and DVD player.

Our hearty breakfasts are cooked to order and include locally made Cumberland sausage and free-range eggs delivered from the local farm. Lighter or vegetarian alternatived are available of course. There is also a selection of cereals to choose from in addition to grapefriut and fruit juice, with fresh toast and a plentiful supply of tea, coffee and herbal infusions.
